Your files become a production-ready panel. Material, stack-up, shape, finish and panelisation are reviewed around the product instead of forcing it into one substrate or format.

II Copper

Traces & pads

Etching · vias · gold finish

Your track layout, etched in copper. The pads receive the ENIG finish — electroless nickel, immersion gold — before disappearing under the solder mask.

III Stencil print

Solder paste

Controlled deposit · ± 0.02 mm repeatability

Solder paste is deposited accurately on every pad, with tooling and parameters adapted to the real geometry of your board.

IV SMT placement

High-precision placement

0402 → 45 × 45 mm · multi-camera vision

Automated placement with vision control and multi-reference feeding. Rated catalogue capacity: up to 250 components per minute.

V Reflow

Eight zones, ± 2 °C

3,150 mm heated · lead-free

Forced convection top and bottom across eight zones, thermal profile held at ± 2 °C and logged. Paste becomes solder: the board is born.

VI THT & test

  3. Multi-head SMT placementMulti-camera vision, multi-reference feeding and Panasonic servomotion. Rated capacity: up to 250 components per minute.
  4. In-line inspection × 2Lighted 1.5 m conveyors — 100 % visual check post-placement and post-reflow.
  5. 8-zone forced-convection reflow8 top + 8 bottom zones, logged profiles, PID ± 2 °C regulation and lead-free processing.
  6. THT insertion × 2 linesConveyor-paced stations: connectors, power components, transformers.
